I have had the pleasure to hire Shaun Moriartey as the general contractor for two projects. The first time he helped me with a complete interior office build-out for a brand new medical clinic. Firstly, he worked very hard to offer me the lowest price amongst his competitors during the tendering process -- I very much appreciated the fairness in his pricing.  His communication with me was excellent and the attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Shaun was receptive to any of my concerns regarding the construction process or design issues. He caught things that my designer had missed and worked with me to make sure the project went smoothly. If there were any potential delays, he was always upfront about the issues, cost, and potential solutions. The completed project was finished on time and looked absolutely great.
